Race nozzle Fratelli Bosio RACE 1287+ with increased fuel flow by 60%. Up to 300 horsepowers.

Race nozzles 1.9/ 2.0 8V/ 2.5 TDI R5 PD (up to 300 horsepowers)

Fratelli Bosio RACE nozzles are developed only for selected car models.

Their construction is characterized mainly by the following advantages and features:

•  more precise processing
•  better atomization (spraying) of the injected fuel (which is critically important for perfect combustion)
•  a needle coated with a very thin layer (roughly one micrometer) of super hard material (DLC), which results in other positives
•  faster movement of the needle inside the nozzle
•  greater resistance to temperatures and wear, which results in a longer service life
•  tighter design tolerances - minimal flow of fuel around the needle
•  almost all the fuel is injected into the combustion chamber (with standard nozzles, the fuel is returned to the tank through an overflow,  without its energy being used at the time of injection)
•  in the end, higher performance and flexibility of the engine, better use of fuel
