Specified for engines:
1.9 TDI 81kW/ 110 HP (AFN, AVG)

SPRINT DLC:
– new in the shop
– nozzle needle coated with super hard DLC (DIAMOND LIKE CARBON coating)
– higher speed of needle movement thanks to reduced friction
– tighter tolerances - less fuel flows back around the needle - more into the cylinder
– higher performance
– longer lifetime
– recommended especially when operating on fuels with a higher content of bio-components

Performance boost:
By simply installing these injection nozzles in the engine types listed below, performance will increase to the indicated values.
1Z, AHU… about 110 hp

AGR, ALH, ASV… about 115 hp

The application is also possible to other VW TDI engines with a rotary pump. Please consult our technicians for suitability.

Notice to order (!):
Order the required number of injection nozzles. An engine kit always consists of several pieces of nozzles according to the number of cylinders.

E.g.:
– for VW Golf 1.9TDI (4 cylinders) order 4 pieces of nozzles
– for VW T4 2.5TDI (5 cylinders) order 5 pieces of nozzles
